How cool is that! This also served the purpose of creating a visual difference between Barry (left, "classic" costume), and Wally (right, raised lightning bolt logo and white slits for eyes), of "promoting" Bart Allen to the role of Kid Flash and "promoting" Irey West to the role of Impulse.
